This is the first time I am trying to install Open-Audit, and I can't find setup.php that was mentioned in http://www.open-audit.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1414

Here is what I have:
32-bit Windows 2008 server
XAMPP is installed and running fine at port 8080

I am able to get to http://localhost:8080/ and http://localhost:8080/openaudit, but I am not able to find the setup.php.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks a lot for any help

That's an OLD f.a.q that does not apply anymore.
Just go to http://localhost:8080/index.php and you should get a logon page.
If you don't, take a read of the install_windows.txt file (in the root of the downloaded zip file).

When I go to http://localhost:8080/index.php, it gave me an error of this:

"Your system folder path does not appear to be set correctly. Please open the following file and correct this: index.php"

Anyone knows what I did wrong?

Thanks

Make sure you've got the correct $system_path and $application_folder set in the index.php file.

Got it working in my laptop. Basically the fix I did was not to customize anything. It will work right out of the box if the extracted files are in C:\.

Still playing around with it. So far I found it is working great. It provides lots of detail information about the servers.

Thanks a lot for the help.
