I just started using OA (which is awesome). I added some custom editable fields lately which was fun :) However, I can't find any solution for "multiple monitor detection" i.e I use a Lenovo laptop + a wide screen LCD. Then I audit my machine and only the laptop monitor is shown in the system summary. I checked the openaudit database in the table "monitor" and there is only one record inserted for my system UUID.

I've been searching through the whole forum and couldn't find a proper solution yet. Please help:)

It looks like this isn't implemented currently. The audit.vbs script has code to detect multiple monitors but it is commented out. I'm not sure if the web end has code to handle multiple monitors. Probably not.

You could see what the audit.vbs script grabs for monitor info by enabling the multiple monitor audit code.

For SVN 1243 comment out line 1508
'tmpctr=0
Remove the comment from line 1507
for tmpctr=0 to intMonitorCount-1
Remove the comment from line 1620
Next
Audit your machine.

Hey all,

I gave this a try. It is reporting two monitors but the information showing is for just one monitor duplicated.

Has anyone else tried this with successful results?
