If using the SVN version, you are as well using the most current, (Ver 1134 as I write this).

The version shown in your picture is the latest, any updates from the SVN do not generally change the version number shown under the search box.
This only changes when the database changes. In theory all SVN version with the same database type should work, only when the database changes do we introduce potential cross version issues.
