I'm using Open-AudIT version 08.07.23. And I'm very happy with it.

I find this peace of software very usefull, so I want to create an URL based link from a service management program to the summary page openaudit. I cannot use the UUID because the format of the UUID in both the service management program and in Open-AudIT differs with the real number in the BIOS.
So I want to use the System Name in the URL.

Current URL: http://server/openaudit/system.php?pc=[wrong UUID]&view=summary&

But I want something like this:
Goal URL: http://server/openaudit/system.php?[pc or other id]=[System Name]&view=summary&

(How) is that possible?

You could try something like.

https://{yourserver}/openaudit/search.php?search_field={computername}

Thanks, but that URL results in: Notice: Undefined index: search_field in /var/www/html/openaudit/search.php on line 36

Strange...

Does
https://{youroasrver}/openaudit/search.php?search_field=Windows Media Player 11
... produce the same error, or a list of "Windows Media Player 11" related items?
