It would be very useful to list the major service pack level (SP1-SP3) in the OS info.

While the services packs are supposed to have a hotfixid, trying to find that for Windows XP SP3 proves very difficult.

Go to Admin > Homepage and tick the option Display 'Service Pack' column in system list:
Now go to Queries > All audited systems... the service pack level should be shown.
