I removed the table layout and switched it to DIV tags. This gives users a little more freedom if they want to customize the layout. I also moved things around a little. Moved the search under the navigation. Moved the copyright information and link to a footer that the bottom, and hide the right column when it wasn't needed.
I have only changed the main pages. I haven't changed the Admin pages (yet). I've attached the updated files. (SVN 1085)
