How can I change the script so by pressing the export to csv I'll get document with list of all audited systems?

Go to Queries > All Audited Systems or Queries > All Systems, more info.

Make sure you have pressed the Green Arrow on the top right of the page so you see all of the systems, then export them, if you dont do this, you will only export the list you see on the page, i.e. the current "N" systems (typically the first 30 systems).

You can also refine your choice using the magnifying glass to select only say "mydomain" this will limit the displayed list to those systems in mydomain (again use the green drop down arrow prior to exporting, or you will only see the first "N" systems.

Hope this is what you are looking for.
