Post subject:  Logging made more verbose.

In order to assist with debugging failed audits, I have modified the behavior of the use_audit_log = "y" switch in audit.config. This now uses the Echo function, to send all those results which would be echoed out to the command line also to the Log file.

This results in a MUCH more verbose log file.

To use the log file in a useful manner, load it in to Open Office Calc or Excel. Its a CSV file so either open it or import it.
Select all of the data and sort by 1) MACHINE and 2) TIME i.e. sort my Machine first, then by Time, so all of the records for a given machine are given together in time order.

The reason you need to do this is that the file is created in real time, so several machines are being audited at the same time.

There are a few minor glitches with the output that I haven't had time to track down, presumably commas in the wrong places and newlines where they are not required.

Enjoy, let me know what you think.
