Modified IIS section to use IIS WMI provider for detection, when available (IIS 6+): now IIS can be audited from every host and inetinfo.exe doesn't have to be allowed on the IIS local firewall.

Detected also:
- IIS version and installed components (web, SMTP, FTP, NNTP or BITS services)
- Web service extensions (name, path and access)
- Site state, application pool, anonymous user, anonymous/basic/NTLM authentication flag, SSL/SSL 128 communications flag.

Added Automatic Updating settings to the Security section of a system.
