Hi ef,

I didn't realise that was related, but I had set that parameter as well and it still won't work. I've got the following in my script:
use_audit_log = "y"
send_email = true
email_to = "my_name@mycompany.com"
email_from = "openaudit@mycompany.com"
email_sender = "OA_account@mycompany.com"
email_server = "my.mail.server" '
email_port = "25"
email_auth = "1"
email_user_id = "openaudit@mycompany.com"
email_user_pwd = "superSecretPassword"
email_use_ssl = "false"
email_timeout = "60"
Does the order in which then lines appear matter?

Cheers,
Tom

PS thanx for the quick response BTW :-)

Are you doing a domain audit or are you auditing a single pc only? The order doesn't matter, but if I remember emails are sent only for domain audits.

Ah, that could answer my problem then!

I'll try a domain audit and see how it goes, I'll update this post if it works or not.

Thanks for that,
T

That did it, it worked!

So it only works for doing domain audits then.

Maybe that should be made more clear in the FAQ? along with the fact that the use_audit_log also needs to set to "yes" in order for this to work.

Many thanks for the help! :-)
