I still occasionally see duplicate servers.
This example is from my List All Systems page
192.168.000.001 GONZO administrator someplace.local 2003 Server R2, Ent 2.0 2009-09-25 12:07 2003 Server R2, Ent 192.168.000.001 GONZO administrator someplace.local 2003 Server R2, Ent 2.0 2009-09-24 18:10 2003 Server R2, Ent
(Names changed to protect the innocent)
This could be avoided if we also checked the machine is a Dell, Compaq, Acer, IBM, Toshiba or other recognised brand, and the serial number is set, and unique, ... any thoughts before I dive in and break things? This would avoid the cloned boxes not showing in the list issue we had previously while still further refining our ability to check for uniqueness.
