Two things I noticed ...

There is a ":" after on the end of the "Submit" button. I'm guessing this was a mistake

When a user attempts to login but is not in a correct group, no message is given to indicate there was a problem.

The attached patch/file fixes the ":" at the end of the submit and makes it so a message is given to the user trying to login in that they need to request access to the site. I also made the message bold to make it stand out a little more.

Thoughts on these changes?
