Got asked to post this here:

http://www.open-audit.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3047&hilit=
Sorry for digging this old issue out, but I thought it would be better than creating a new thread...

I just upgraded (via SVN) from 08.06.06 to 08.12.10 and everything works apart from the cool little chart at the bottom of the home page, for some reason it doesn't work anymore...

Any suggestions?

Cheers,
Tom

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for that but for some reason it's still not showing. It's not a life/death situation, but it was a nice to have. If no-one else is complaining about it, I assume it must be something with my setup.

What are the things I should make sure about? any pointers.

I just thought it weird as it used to work :-(

Thanks for all the champion support by the way, it's very much appreciated :-)

Cheers,
Tom

Tom,

this is nearly always caused by the PHP GD library not being enabled, but I assume that you had it enabled because it was working before. Is it possbile that you've reverted some config and this is no longer enabled? If this is the cause then the disk usage graphs will also not display. See this thread http://www.open-audit.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1027

Hi Nick,

Thanks for that.

Funny thing... I had a look at that page you directed me to, and had a look at the disk usage page, and that works fine (I also checked to see if gd was enabled, and it was) It's just those bars on the front page that don't work :-)

If there is anything I can check, please let me know, but as I mentioned earlier in the thread, this wasn't a critical function for me, more of a "nice to have" so if you have more important bugs to solve, don't mind me.

Thanks for the reply though, it's much appreciated.

Cheers,
Tom

:? Could also be a timeout issue, do you see anything in this section, does the spinning "please wait" icon appear, do you just see a blank square a if there is a missing graphic.

Hi Andrew,

When the page is loading, it shows a pre-loading timer as if it will load something, and then just gives an empty section.

I've uploaded some pictures of the loading stage and the loaded stage to show what I can see...

Cheers,
Tom

Think I've sorted out what is wrong.
$systems_audited_days has been changed to a global but is not set in include_config.php

add the line
$systems_audited_days='30';

to include_config.php

This should now be set to 30 in include_config_defaults.php
