First you will need to install hal-device-manager:
sudo apt-get install hal-device-manager

I think this is the only dependency that the server install does not include by default (if you've installed the standard ubuntu desktop, I think you will already have this).

Second, you will need to edit the audit_linux.sh file to modify the http location of your server. Change the location of your server on line 247:
wget --post-data="submit=submit&add=$audit_result" h t t p ://192.168.10.28/oa/admin_pc_add_2.php

This location does not depend on the configurations you set while running setup.php, so note the ip address/dns name and the directory OA is running in to modify this setting.

Then you can just run the script like this:
sudo ./audit_linux.sh
