Recently strange stuff started showing up under installed software.
Stuff like this;
1 %u1420c Microsoft
1 %u2FF8c Microsoft
1 %u4A80[%u0188[È Microsoft
2 %uFFF8jg Microsoft
Anyone know what that is?

This is caused by a NULL value for DisplayName in the registry entry for some software. I've only seen it with Office 2007. If you only run the audit.vbs script locally and don't do remote auditing then you can hack the code to fix the problem.
