Im having the exact same problem, this is on a domain running WinXP SP2/SP3 using cscript audit.vbs.

Everything seems to work, but i have to go through all the cscript command boxes and close them.

Can anyone help?

We managed to find a fix for this issue.

Run the script file from a command prompt, browse to the directory where the file is and type in "wscript //B" and then the file name.vbs
wscript //B cscript audit.vbs
eg:
wscript //B open-audit-of-.-to-server.metering.co.nz-from-192.168.16.**.vbs
This will run the script in silent mode.

Description: //B - Batch mode: Suppresses script errors and prompts from displaying.
