Hi everybody, I am currently after someone to help out with Open-AudIT, who has Adboe Flex (flash) skills. I want to create a new "bling" interface, and am reading a Flex book, but someone with Flex experience would be MOST valuable to us. So, if you have Flex skills, and want to help us, please reply here. Even if you create a few "pages" in Flex for us, we can probably muddle through it from there. ANY help MUCH appreciated. Mark. |

Would this mean OpenAudIT would then require another dependency (flash)? If so, please note that those who run 64-bit versions of Linux with a 64-bit browser do not have a 64-bit version of Flash. |

If you use Ubuntu 64bit, you can use 32bit Flash. Not sure about other Distro's. The Flex interface has been put on hold for now, due to a lack of "help"..... |

Hi Mark, My names is Raj, I am a long time fan and user of Open Audit (started using it from winventory). Are you still looking for help with Flex coding? I am no expert by the way, but I have spend some time converting the Open Audit web site in Flex, few months back for my personal use. I am using AMFPHP for the back end code. I know some people didn't like the use of flash as another dependency. I had the same view until I started using Flex and seen what it can do. May be people will change thire mind if we can produce a fab "bilng" frond-end. I am quite happy to send you all the code to the project as well as to help to make it better..... only if you think it will be useful. Let me know. Thanks and Regards. Raj |
