I think OA looks fine.

I think there are plenty of things that development time could be better used on than making it "pretty".

True - I think that we could all work on CSS and submit them if anyone wants a 'prettier' version of OA.

I think usability would be a higher priority than looks.

wow That was harsh...

I agree that OA is better however it looks like SW is doing the Microsoft approach...

Build the glitter, smoke and mirrors and they will come... and they have including myself.

At the end of the Day I use OA and am still learning it a bit when I get a chance but it is doing a great job of cataloging the information I need now..

Some of the Ideas it has is nice though...

Like someone above pointed out...

[quote]...ticketing and monitoring as well as inventory...

and my favorite thing FREE... This goes over well with the bosses...
I do need to do some donating to the project though with some $$'s because my coding experience is next to nothing!

Pretty is always good, but not if that time could be used to improve other features.

SpiceWorks LOOKS great, but I couldn't get it to scan the network, either. OpenAudIT is just the more dominant way to go for small or large networks in my opinion.
