In addition to the wealth of info that OpenAudit will pull out, I have created some additional queries to see more information that was relevant to our organisation.

Others may find these useful.....

Screen Resolutions

Simply gives a breakdown of the screen resolutions currently in use to aid our web developer, clicking on 1024 for example will list the pcs that run 1024x768

Location

I used one of the manual data fields to store the location ie sales, reception etc and then created a query to pull this out, clicking on any of the locations will list the pcs in that location

Staff/Client

Similar to the Location query I used another manual data field to store whether the pc was used by a staff member or by one of our clients

Systems with No Location

I then created another query that would list all of the pcs that I hadn't entered a location for

None of these were particularly difficult but gave some more data we can get at the touch of a button!

I also added them to the queries menu with a nice little icon!

I am happy to share any of the sql if anyone needs it

Please feel free to share your ideas, if we like them enough, who knows we might just include them in the code.
