Check the SetUID bit has been flipped on the nmap binary. The command: [code]ls -lh `which nmap`[/code] Should show: [code]-rwsr-xr-x 1 root root 766K Mar 22 2017 /usr/bin/nmap[/code] NOTE - the forth character is an 's'.
If it doesn't show that, run the below command: [code]chmod u+s `which nmap`[/code]
