Short answer - no, unless it's Internet Explorer on Windows.
Browser extensions are a user item, not a system item. Open-AudIT only collects system wide information.
Unless we're talking about Internet Explorer. In that case, yes (with a slight modification). Edit the audit script and look at line (about) 3186. You should see a function declared called "disable". Comment out that line and the corresponding "end function" line at (about) line 3213. Use a single quote ' to comment out the lines.
This section of the script is disabled because it was taking a long time to complete. Hence, enabling it may make the script as a whole take much longer. You will also need to re-modify this script each time you update Open-AudIT.
Make sure you're using 1.5.4.
