Post subject:  Feature Request - RAW Inventory Report

Before I start to write this Report I would like to ask around if someone already has this report.
I must have a report which generate a full list of all installed software on each computer.

It should be like this way:

Computer 1 ------------------- Software
------------------- Software
------------------- Software
------------------- Software

Computer 2 ------------------- Software
------------------- Software
------------------- Software
------------------- Software

I also don't know if OA is able to generates Pivot Tables. But sometimes it is required to have such a report.

I cross the fingers :)

You do realise this report could be tens of thousands of lines long, yes?
And if you're auditing Linux based PCs.... Well my Linux Mint desktop has over 2,000 packages reported... a single machine...

What do you hope to achieve by having such a report - what is your end goal?
Likely there is a better way of doing it than just dumping every piece of installed software on every computer.

If you run i.e. within a PBC Audit (Microsoft Ireland Audit - the worst of worst case of an Audit) they would need such a report.
Therefore is OpenAudit really made :-)

On the one hand they need to have a complete export from the Active Directory and on the other hand they want to have a complete dump of each installation on each computer. They call it a "Company Raw Reporting".

Copy the whole AD to OpenAudit works, but I still have the problem that I need to create such a report with the option to remove all personalized information's like user accounts and eMail.
My knowledge about SQL is very limited. A friend of me is SQL programmer but it's hard to get him even on the phone. ;-)
It's not a must. It's just a question.

I know that this is a damn huge report. But to have it this would be a dream. :-)
