Running newest version Select Workstations, Reports, software keys, and then say Adobe Acrobat I get. I get this on all items I select under software keys. The link is http://servername/index.phpreport/speci ... name/68/89 which index.phpreport is wrong. If I change that manually to index.php/report I still get an error. Object not found! The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 404 |

Try deleting the Software Keys and Specific Software Keys reports (Admin -> Reports -> List Reports) and re-activating them (Admin -> Reports -> Activate Report). |

Same problem here. Although I think you may have two problems. First you need to fix the report XML. Edit application\controllers\reports\SoftwareKeys.xml and put a forward slash ("/") just before "report/" on lines 28 and 38. Then deactivate the report and activate it again. But since you said fixing the url didn't work then you probably need to make sure you've got the "Specific Key Name" and "Specific Key Text" reports activated. If those don't work then it's something else. |

That error is what you get when you don't have the sub reports activated. Are you sure you've got "Specific Key Name" and "Specific Key Text" activated? |
