After losing hair trying to get OAv1 working properly, I have given up and am trying OAv2 which is actually working first try! However some key information is missing, I'm using the default config file with the needed domain and path changes. Things like system information, user, etc are no where to be found; how can I get this information?

I would first look at your php_error logs to see if that has anything obvious.

Only had two lines in it:

Looks like this is bombing out on a line dealing with printers:
$this->m_oa_group->update_system_groups($printer);

Thanks jpa, made the change and will hope to try this again on Monday. Is the top error file_get_contents(lang.tmp) related in anyway to the printer issue?

I'd say not. You can probably ignore the first error.
