Hi

I downloaded OAv2 beta 8.1 code, but I couldn't find startup files (index.html or install.php...) What should I do to install OAv2 from code?

In the first directory is a file called install_ubuntu.txt - read it :D

I've downloaded Beta 8.1 code only from http://www.open-audit.org/downloads.php and there isn't install_ubuntu.txt

Download 8.1 source. Extract the ZIP.
Inside there is a root level folder called OAv2.
In that folder is:
[folder] code_igniter
[folder] other
[folder] www
agpl-3.0.txt
install_ubuntu.txt
install_windows.txt
