I just installed the latest version of OA. After installation I restored the mysql database from an earlier version of OA.

At some points I get what look to be fatal errors in mysql appearing on the webpage. I assume this is because a field that is present in the new database does not exist in the old database that I restored.

Is there a way to restore an old database into the latest version?

Thanks,
Tom

Are we talking OAv2?
If so, go to Help -> About.
It should say your version is incorrect and offer an upgrade - assuming you do this as a user with Admin rights.
