I've installed all the pre-reqs on Ubuntu 10.04 and have OA running on my end, SVN version, trunk.

I've configured LDAP, but every time i run a scan, i get nothing but "cannot connect to host" despite credentials being correct. Moreover, it shows 27 errors, but there are more than 27 objects in the domain, and it apparently CAN talk to the DC though it doesn't show any AD objects (users, anything) in the queries section.

Is there any sort of corporate support? I'm trying to get OA set up as the de-facto discovery tool for an IT outsourcing firm as its supposed result set is exactly what we're looking for, and would be willing to pay for support presuming that it would all work as it should.

No corporate support, no.
I plan to offer "something" around OAv2 after v1.0 is released.
Maybe some more info (error messages, etc) around the problem and people might be able to assist.

Try OAv2 as well...
