I'm tyring to add a configuration and can't. I'm guess it's a permissions issue but I'm not sure what file to change the permissions on. The install went smooth but this part is driving me crazy.

Version: openauditrelease-09.12.23-SVN1233
PHP: php-5.3.2-nts-Win32-VC9-x86.msi
mySQL: mysql-5.1.46-win32.msi
IIS 6 with FastCGI: fcgisetup_1.5_rtw_x86.msi

Steps taken.

Audits > Add Configuration

General Settings
Name: Test
Audit Action: Computer Audit
Audit Type: Computer List
OS Type: Windows
All Else defaults.

Audit Credentials
Manuall Entered

Computer List

One system added

Hit submit.

Error: " Could not add config:"

Help help. I can't even evalutate the software until I get a working config.

Thanks in advance.

I found the answer. It has to do with mySQL. I found the resolution in another post by "jpmorgan".

Change the mySQL file my.ini. Comment out:
# Set the SQL mode to strict
#sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
sql-mode="NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
