Open-AudIT

Hi Users!
I need to audit all computer that are part a domain.My problem is that i am not the domain administrator so i can not audit the domain with the audit.vbs file, putting it in the logon of users profile tu run it when the users are logon.
I need some thing to run the script when they conect to a webpage or when open their outlook express.
I have only the administrator account for the local computer not the administraotr account of the domain. The local administrator account is the some password in all computer of the domain.
Someone can help me how to do to audit all computer ?
