Is there anyway to control who has access to the open-audit main page?

Currently just a password. I have plans for access control, but haven't had the time yet!

It should be in the admin config page. Alternatively, you can edit include_config.php. Find the use passwords section and you can modify the username and password there. Let me know if this was too vague, and I'll look into the specifics.

If you are using IIS, you can also lock it down with permissions through the properties of the web site (through the IIS admin console).
