When I pull our switches into open audit I have some switches that don't show the following items on the left hand side once you select the switch -

Network Interfaces
Entities

Is this a setting on the switch that isn't allowing these items to be pulled?

After a cursory look I see:
Network Interfaces is displayed if the network count is > 0 and man_type is not computer.
Entities is displayed if the module count is > 0. Module looks to be snmp stuff.

So maybe man_type is computer for the Network Interfaces and module is empty so no entities indicating snmp problems. Wild guessing. Need someone more familiar with the code than me to really help.

Correct - I think all the items work like that.
If there's nothing showing, there's nothing returned from the DB.
Have you SNMP scanned the switches?
Can you email me a dump of the SNMP from one of them?
On Linux you would run
snmpwalk -v2c -On -c YOUR_COMMUNITY_STRING YOUR_IP_ADDRESS . > result.txt
Maybe it's a type of switch I haven't seen before?

We had to change a setting on the switches for them to be recognized.

Thanks
