I'd like to receive reports daily or weekly (or after I run inventory) of computers that have low disk space, etc...

Once custom queries gets done this could be a probable feature. As for when audits are run there are already emails being sent to notify of failed audits a "audit has run" email probably wouldn't be hard to hack on there.
