First off, Kudo's on this software. It is truely awesome. I've been working on adding windows package management capability through open-audit. So far it's pretty raw, but when I have it working I'll offer it here. In the mean time, I'm wondering if the audit script were capable of capturing installed software's Uninstall info? So far, I know what software is installed - but I don't know how to uninstall it. I know some installers have a simple uninstaller. Is this possible to pick up via the audit? How difficult would it be to add it to the audit script and database? |

The software table has a software_uninstall column that should contain the uninstall command line. As I remember it you'll need to comment out the "$split = stripslashes($split);" line in admin_pc_add_2.php otherwise the path slashes get dropped from the audit data. jpa |
