This is a new install and this report will bring me to the first page which lists all OUs
But if I select an OU I get the following -

Error
This Report does not exist.
You may need to activate the Specific Ou Query.
As an Admin level user go to Admin -> Queries -> Activate Query, find the correct Query and click the Activate Icon.
If you are an Admin level user, you can try to activate the report by clicking here (assuming it exists).

Go back and try again.

What is the fix for the above error?

I guess it depends on if you've activated the "Specific OU" as indicated at the top of the error. Is this query active and you still get the error?[quote="cburbs"]This Report does not exist.

Interesting. Maybe the report definition changed somehow recently and doing the disable-enable refreshed the definition in use from the XML file. And reviewing your original report you should not have seen the PHP error stuff after the help text so something was obviously not right.
