We explicitly need to use cscript to run the audit script. cscript always outputs to a command window by default. wscript does not show any windows as long as no output is generated.
If we use wscript and start a "starter" logon script, we could then have that (non displaying) wscript download the real audit script and start it in a non-displaying window.
I'll log this as a feature request.
