Hi,
first: i was looking for a good it auditing tool a long time. and now i'm glad finding this openaudit software. all i need is in there. thanks.

but i have one problem: if i use admin->audit ldap directory i get a new site with "updating computers table....
But than nothing happen. there is still this message.

Under Audits->manage audits i added an audit, with audit action=computer audit and type=domain.
testing ldap is working (i got a list with computers in my AD). I run this and it works. but the audit ldap directory doesn*t work.

An other thing i don't understand: in the audit.config file, nmap section:
[quote]
nmap_tmp_cleanup = true ' Set this false if you want to leave the tmp files for analysis in your tmp folder
nmap_subnet = "192.168.20." ' The subnet you wish to scan
nmap_subnet_formatted = "192.168.020." ' The subnet padded with 0's
nmap_ie_form_page = audit_host + "/openaudit/admin_nmap_input.php"
nmap_ie_visible = "y"
nmap_ie_auto_close = "y"
nmap_ip_start = 147
nmap_ip_end = 148
nmap_syn_scan = "y" ' Tcp Syn scan
nmap_udp_scan = "y" ' UDP scan
nmap_srv_ver_scan = "y" ' Service version detection.
nmap_srv_ver_int = 0 ' Service version detection intensity level. Values 0-9, 0=fast

i thought changing the start and end ip will only scan this two ips. but running audit.vbs is always scanning the whole domain.

Is there a documentation? i only found separate links for special problems, but no manual.

regards thomas.
