Error on fresh install

I did a wamp install, I set up the audit.config file and attampted to run audit. I get the following error

F:\wamp\www\scripts\audit.vbs(388, 3) Provider: Table does not exist.

I use the mysql Admin tool to look at the openaudit DB, there is no Provider Table. There are a total of 79 tables there, but no Provider table.
Where did I go wrong?

Is this a WINventory or Open-AudIT question ?
